Today we are celebrating an exciting and significant event.
Since our blog ‘Clairvaux Connects’ was launched in April 2011 we have been watching with great interest our Clustrmap and our Flag Counter to see where our visitors are from.
20,000 people from 150 countries have visited our blog, some have even left comments for us. We don’t always know your name, how old you are or your occupation, but we are so pleased that you have connected with our Senior Learning Community at Clairvaux in Geelong, Australia.
The sizes of the DOTS on our Clustrmap show the concentration of visitors from a particular area. Check it out.
Which countries of the world do you recognise? Are there many visitors from those countries? How can you tell?
Maybe if you’re good at Maths, you will be able to work out what the average number of visitors to the blog was each month. (From April 6 2011 – January 5 2013)

WOW! That is a lot! Clairvaux has been an amazing school and the blog is so cool and amazing to look at. I love to look at the work and what poeple are learning and yourself learning from other people! When I look at the blog it brings back good amd amazing times and memories at Clairvaux!

Wow! You have a lot of visitors! I’m from Australia, and my blog only has 24 visits, including whenever I’m on it. Probably only 3 or 4 actual visitors. Where did you find the Clustrmaps thing?
Keep working on your blog and tell your friends and family about it. Ask them to visit your blog then they might tell others too. It takes a while to get people to discover your blog. Good luck with it.
