On Friday we held our much anticipated Popcorn Book Trailer Awards. We had all worked so hard during the term reading our books, then planning and creating our book trailers to best promote our books to other people.
So while we munched on popcorn (yum!), we watched everybody’s book trailer on the big movie screen.
Finally we all got to cast our votes to select a winner of the very special award.
We had to keep in mind all the things we had learned which made a good book trailer.
It was very hard to choose because everyone had done such a good job, so everyone received an award of some kind.
The scores were very close. Congratulations to our winners shown below and also to everyone else who did an amazing job!

The Popcorn Awards were such a lot of fun. Seeing everyone’s amazing book trailers, it blew me away with what some of the kids did. Everyone put such a lot of work into them.
